Initiate Your Return
Log into your RYOBI account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Tools
Securely place the tool, batteries, and chargers in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent to our quality inspection facility.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the tool, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
